Welcome to the Lowerbody Builder program! This 6-week program will help you build muscle in your quads, glutes, and hamstrings. All you'll need is a set of dumbbells, a bench or step stool, and a resistance band. Each week, you'll do three workouts, one active rest day, and two rest days. The days are listed in odd numbers 1,3,5, etc. complete one workout then have a rest day. Your muscles need time to recover. This program is perfect for beginners, busy people, and those who aren't comfortable with gym equipment. Be sure to take a before and after photo so you can see your progress!
